With this tour we aim to stir your tastebuds and put a spotlight on the Dumfries and Galloway area and the great food producers who make this area their home. Over the 3 days we will sample some great whiskies and gin, get spiced up with amazing ideas with chillies, learn about the ancient method of smoking fish and meats and sampling some of what we learn! A great way to highlight the beauty and taste of Galloway is to go foraging. This tour will include a foraging trip with expert guide (subject to availability of guide at time of booking). The cost of the forage is included in the per person cost but will be credited if we are not able to go on a foraging trip. Ice-cream from local cows will also be on our radar as we travel through the region! This tour includes standard accommodation but can be booked with premium upgrade.
